FIRE RISK ASSESSMENTS
A Fire Risk Assessment is a legal requirement for all premises (excluding single private dwellings). Under the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005, Fire Risk Assessments need to be conducted by a competent person. This is crucial for both legislative compliance and the safety of staff and residents.
The Fire Risk Assessment will:
-
Identify the fire hazards
-
Identify the people at risk
-
Evaluate, remove, or reduce the risk
-
Record findings, prepare an emergency plan, and assess training needs
Whether you require a single Fire Risk Assessment or a portfolio of Fire Risk Assessments, SCB Safety is qualified and experienced to assist with your individual specifications and requirements.
Pricing: Starts from £250. The cost is based on the size and complexity of the premises on a case-by-case basis.
